Krish is a graduate of IIT Chennai in India and has two Masters degrees and a PhD in Computer Science. He taught Computer Science for 8 years at Stetson University before he became an entrepreneur. Krish founded Intelligent Software Solutions, a leader in license management software, and sold it successfully to Network Commerce. He was CTO and EVP at Network Commerce for over 4 years. He then joined MusicNet (now MediaNet) as CTO and SVP and was responsible for the large scale deployment of MusicNet’s infrastructure with AOL and Real Networks. Following that, he co-founded Zetta Systems with John Guthrie and Kalyani Krishnan and sold it successfully to Overland Storage. He is an advisor to RNA Networks which was just funded by Menlo Ventures and also an advisor to several other startup companies. He is an active angel investor, member of TIE Seattle and a limited partner in Divergent Partners, LLC.

Sanjay Anand brings more than 16 years of solid IT and Operations leadership experience and recently held the position of Vice president of Operations and Customer Management at Varolii Corporation. Previous to that he was the Sr.Vice President of Classmates Online, one of the top social networking paid sites. He joined the company from Medianet (previously known as Musicnet), one of the largest music networks on the Internet, where he implemented infrastructure and managed all aspects of partner integration including AOL,RealNetworks, Sony, BMG among others. Previously, Anand was at Network Commerce where he held the position of CIO/EVP Information Technology and managed the IT team that included Operations, Development, QA and Project management functions. He was also was responsible for establishing the company's international presence in the UK. Mr. Anand has held Senior Management roles at Costco, Kenworth & Peterbilt Motors (PACCAR), Deutshe Bank AG (Singapore) and International Factors (Singapore).
